Problem - PPS difference between PTP Master-Slave is over 1us

The most likely issue is non-PTP switch, with 1Gbps ports. NTS-Pico3 has only 100Mbps port and speed negotiation seems to increase constant offset between PTP Master-Slave.
Please try to manually set port speed on switch to 100Mbps.
