To streamline support and provide you with the highest level of assistance, we use a dedicated support ticket system. Each request receives a unique ticket number, allowing you to track its progress and review responses online. We also provide access to the full archive and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

To submit a support request through our system, use the Open a New Ticket option.

To help us diagnose the issue quickly and effectively, please provide the following information:

  • Serial number (SN) or IMEI
  • Order date
  • Installed firmware version
  • Logs and screenshots showing the issue
