What is the purpose of the I/O? Can we control them and how? Can be changed or know the status? How many inputs and outputs have them?

There are 3 digital inputs and 3 digital outputs. You can control them using Linux system (through Bash scripts or "C" program) or using control panel (GPIO tab in menu).
