Modem doesn't responding - what can I do?

Did you check the correct RS232 port or USB port number in the Windows Device Manager (Modems tab -> Telit Mobile Modem -> Properties -> Advanced -> Advanced port settings)? Did you check the cable/connection? Is the green power LED on? If the cable pinout is ok and power LED is on and still there is no response from the modem, the RS232 or USB interface or supply input has probably been physically damaged and you need to send us the device.
